26 Days to go

I did my 3 miles on the treadmill, 49 minutes.

I thought this should become easier, but it's not. It's hard

When you do hard things it gives you strength! and i'm not just talking about muscle strength!

Good for you for pushing through.

I struggle with that the most when I run... giving up. but i'm getting better at pushing though a little more each time.
